A fast-paced partner drill that builds snap pass accuracy and timing under pressure. Great for youth players learning to pass with purpose and control.
Pair players 6–8 feet apart with one ball. On your signal, both players fire rapid snap passes back and forth, focusing on quick hands, strong wrists, and soft catches. Each round lasts 10–20 seconds, with players trying to complete as many clean passes as possible.
Encourage strong, straight wrist snaps and balanced footwork. These mechanics match the hand-strength work found in Wall Snap Pass Challenge. As players build speed, they must stay in rhythm, similar to the timing needed in 5 Spot Shooting Challenge. You can also blend movement or reaction elements inspired by the lively action in Bulldozers vs Builders.
Each round should be short and intense. Rotate partners frequently to keep players engaged and introduce new challenges.
• Increase distance between partners
• Add sliding or shuffling while passing
• One-hand passing rounds (right only, then left)
• Weak-hand only catches and passes
• Snap the wrist for a fast, straight delivery
• Stay balanced and step into each pass
• Cushion the catch with soft hands
• Keep eyes up and react quickly
