Backside Crash

Backside Crash is a quick hitter that creates a layup while maintaining spacing to flow into your base offense.

Breakdown

  • 1 passes to 3 on the wing, then flares to the opposite corner.
  • 5 pops to the corner to maintain spacing.
  • 4 sets an upscreen for 2.
  • 3 hits 2 cutting across the lane for the layup.

Coaching Tip

If 2 isn’t open for the layup, the spacing should allow you to flow directly into your base motion offense.
